Satin in HD (matt or shiny)
The thread structure of the letters is still visible
Satin is a material that consists of thin threads that still allow a good resolution. It can be ordered either with a matt or a shining surface. Thanks to its threads that are a little bit thicker than taffeta, satin labels are slighly thicker and their touch is a little softer.
This combination is recommended for the following label types:
- labels of any size
- in good quality
- without too filigree details
- without large graphical details or letterings that, despite their largeness, should appear with absolutely sharp contours and without gaps
Taffeta at double weaving density in HD
The single threads of the letters are almost
not visible any more
Taffeta is the most resistent material and has a slightly shining ("silky") surface. Our fine Italian HD threads in 475 colours allow for a weaving resolution that is almost twice as high than in case of satin yarn.
This combination is the most chosen one and may be used for all label types, but it is particularly recommended for labels
- smaller than 50 x 25 mm
- of high quality
- with small and filigree details
Taffeta at double density in ultra HD
The single threads of the letters are not visible anymore
and the letters' contours are absolutely sharp
Taffeta is the most resistent material and has a slightly shining ("silky") surface. The ultra HD resolution is realized on special looms of that only a few ones exist worldwide. The weaving in ultra HD with our fine Italian yarn is the most dense and precious possible weaving resolution. The surface of labels woven in ultra HD is soft and smooth and creates quite a noble impression.
This combination should be used for all label types but it is particularly recommended for labels
- bigger than 50 x 25 mm
- of the highest possible quality
- with graphical details or letterings that are pin sharp
- with large graphical details or letterings that, despite their largeness, should appear with absolutely sharp contours and without any gaps
