Patches can be produced at the following shapes and sizes. Please do also consider the notes regarding the purposes, backings and edgings at the second part of this page.

freeform
Note: Any freeform / free shape can be produced. The dimensions are the widest and the highest part of the shape.

Application types, backings and edgings
for sew on
Patches of this type have a glue-closed and thin carrying material backing and laser/hot cut edges that avoid frazzling.
for sew on, with fleece backing
This patch type has an additional fleece backing that makes it thicker and more robust. All edges are laser/hot cut and do not frazzle.
for sew on, with fleece backing and overlock stitching
This is the most robust and elaborate patch type. It has an additional fleece backing that makes it thicker and more solid. The edges are vertically overlock stitched at a width of approx. 3 mm.
for iron-on / hot press
Patches of this type have a thermal glue backing and can be applied with an iron or a hot press. The thermal glue is very solid and resists at many washings (uo to 60° C). All borders are of course laser/hot cut and cannot frazzle.
self-adhesive
As normal stickers, these woven patches have a self-adhesive backing that is covered by a pull-off paper. The cold pasted glue is very consistant, however, after many hot washing the patch may begin to peel off especially at the corners.
